About this offer

Responsibilities:

- Own the local deployment, implementation, maintenance and continual improvement of the company QHSE Management System, ensuring Group requirements are translated into practical and controlled base-level processes.

- Implement company QHSE policies, standards, controls and programmes within the overall management process and align local priorities with annual Group QHSE objectives.

- Develop, maintain and drive delivery of the Local Quality and Safety Roadmaps, with clear priorities, owners, milestones, performance measures and documented follow-up.

- Identify applicable national, international, customer and company QHSE requirements; maintain oversight of compliance obligations and ensure relevant controls are embedded in operating procedures.

- Ensure implemented processes meet applicable standards, specifications and procedures, including API Q2 requirements where applicable.

- Establish and maintain effective document and record control, ensuring QHSE procedures, work instructions, forms and evidence are current, approved, accessible and retained in accordance with requirements.

- Draft and update local QHSE procedures where additional controls are required, ensuring alignment with Group requirements and appropriate approval before implementation.

- Plan, coordinate and conduct risk-based internal quality audits, Safety Gemba tours, environmental inspections and health-management activities, documenting findings and verifying timely closure.

- Support the Base Manager in establishing and executing the audit schedule, including preparation, evidence coordination, response management and follow-up of corrective actions.

- Manage non-conformities, incidents, observations, audit findings and customer feedback through proportionate investigation, root-cause analysis, corrective and preventive action, and effectiveness verification.

- Promote prompt reporting of incidents, near misses, unsafe conditions and quality events, and ensure lessons learned and relevant preventive actions are communicated and embedded.

- Define, monitor and report QHSE KPIs and process outputs; analyse trends, identify emerging risks and provide clear recommendations to local management and the relevant QHSE Manager.

- Provide regular and transparent feedback to the relevant QHSE Manager on process performance, internal and external issues, significant risks, improvement opportunities and positive practices.

- Prepare and maintain the local QHSE training matrix, identify competency requirements, coordinate delivery of mandatory training and verify completion and effectiveness.

- Provide QHSE induction, awareness and role-specific training to employees, contractors and other relevant personnel, retaining appropriate competency and attendance records.

- Exercise stop-work authority and support operational teams in correcting conditions that present an unacceptable safety, quality, health or environmental risk.

- Coordinate QHSE communication and engagement, including toolbox content, safety alerts, lessons learned, campaigns and workforce consultation, to strengthen prevention and ownership.

- Support client visits and QHSE enquiries with accurate evidence, professional communication and timely follow-up, ensuring commitments are tracked to closure.

- Champion a culture of integrity, prevention, learning and continual improvement, challenging non-compliance and recognising effective QHSE practices.

Qualifications:

- Relevant QHSE qualification or equivalent professional experience in an industrial or operational environment.

- Demonstrable experience implementing, maintaining and improving QHSE management systems and translating corporate requirements into local operational controls.

- Knowledge of applicable QHSE standards, specifications, legal requirements and document-control principles.

- Experience planning and conducting audits and inspections, managing findings, undertaking root-cause analysis and verifying corrective-action effectiveness.

- Experience defining and reporting KPIs, analysing performance trends and providing evidence-based recommendations to management.

- Experience developing training matrices, delivering QHSE training and monitoring workforce and contractor competence.

- Knowledge of supplier and contractor QHSE assurance and performance-management processes.

- Knowledge of API Q2 is desirable where applicable to the scope of services.

- Strong judgement, communication, influencing, coordination and stakeholder-management skills, with the confidence to challenge unsafe or non-compliant activity.
