About the Role

UINGE Training Center is looking for a Resident Trainer to design, manage and deliver open and in-company training programmes in Leadership, Management and Professional Skills. You will make sure every programme meets high standards of teaching quality and client satisfaction, and that it fits market needs and the organisation’s strategic goals. The role reports to the General Director / Training Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and manage the annual training calendar for open and corporate programmesOrganise classes, schedules, learning materials and logisticsWork with clients to identify their training needs and help design solutions that fitDesign, update and standardise training content in Leadership, Management and Professional SkillsAdapt programmes for corporate clientsDeliver engaging, participatory and results-focused training sessionsAssess participant progress, gather feedback and write reports with improvement recommendationsSupport the preparation of technical and pedagogical proposals and tenders, and take part in client meetings and presentationsMake sure training meets pedagogical, legal and institutional standards, and keep training records properly filedContribute to learning innovation and the continuous improvement of the training centreRequirements

Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Management, Human Resources, Education or a related fieldTrainer Pedagogical Certificate (mandatory)3 to 5 years of experience in training or facilitation, including in a corporate settingAdvanced EnglishExpert knowledge of adult learning methods (andragogy) and of tools for assessing learning and performanceAdvanced skills in training content design, facilitation and group managementAbility to adapt content to different sectors and confidence with digital training toolsWhat We Look For
